DELIVERY & SHIPPING

At ATRA, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method and circumstances outside of our control.

Orders are dispatched from the UK.

UNITED KINGDOM

DPD Delivery

Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

Orders placed before 12pm Monday–Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched on the following working day.

EUROPEAN UNION

UPS Express

Standard Delivery

Estimated delivery: 7–10 working days

Any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Any applicable charges imposed by US customs are the responsibility of the customer and may be payable upon delivery.

ATRA is not responsible for any duties, taxes or additional customs charges incurred on US orders.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

For all international orders, including orders shipped to the United States, customs duties, import taxes and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are not included unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

These charges are determined by the customs authority in the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.

ATRA has no control over the amount of duties or taxes that may be charged and cannot provide an exact estimate of these costs.

We recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an international order.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

If an international order is refused, rejected or returned because applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees have not been paid, the following terms will apply:

  • Returned shipments may take up to 75 days to reach us.

  • Any return shipping costs and charges incurred as a result of the refusal will be deducted from the customer's refund.

  • A 4% return processing fee will also be deducted from the refund.

  • Refunds will only be processed once the returned parcel has been received by ATRA.

  • Refunds cannot be issued while the parcel remains in transit back to us.

ATRA is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities, postal services, courier services or other circumstances outside of our control.
